No one is of course surprised the 9th circus would uphold a restraining order by a liberal judge in Seattle.
One federal judge can override national security. That’s a precedent.
A bad one.
About 10% of federal judgeships are currently vacant, not just the Supreme Court seat. And Trump will put his appointees into every single one of them.
That's why Trump HAD to ignore the district judge's TRO. But he OBEYED it...and now is finished.
