This is a judicial coup d’etat. The people have lost the power to protect themselves from ISIS & Al Qaeda despite a Congressionally-enacted law expressly giving the President power to stop the issuing of visas to aliens in terrorism-connected states.
Congress was intended to be the strongest branch, then the executive, then the judicial, which merely interprets the law according to the Constitution.
