My understanding of this is they can ask the full 9th to rule on this temporary order, but the Seattle Federal Judge will have a full hearing on this.. If he rules against Trump then it will go to the 9th again then to the United States Supreme Court by then I hope Trumps pick has been seated..

I think that we will have the new supreme ct justice by the time it gets there. If the ninth circus goes enbanc there are 30 more mostly libs. They have to usually divide it by three. The ninth is just too big,needs to be reset asap.
