since it is both CLEARLY constitutional and specifically authorized by statute (AND since previous courts have dismissed such challenges on the basis that they lack jurisdiction to overturn presidential national security.border.defense orders)

The new nominee for high court is ecumenical in his spiritual leanings. The folks that support gay marriage, refugee industry and interfaith Chrislam. We have many political freaks in the US. scary times
