Actually, a little hard work won't kill you. We're thinking life, hard labor. 1/2 day cleaning the hog pens, 2nd half working in the slaughterhouse.
Sausage or bacon for breakfast, kielbasa for lunch, and a nice roast for dinner. (pork, of course)
Turn him loose on a fenced in wild boar reservation. Something like that should be standard issue for people like him.
