It has been my observation over the years that this is, by far, the most common consensus on the topic among conservatives. The Judiciary has become a threat to the nation, and it needs to be changed up from top to bottom.

I agree but it will be a long process since federal judges have lifetime appointments and the Constitution does not allow ex post facto laws that would alter the situation for currently seated judges.
In my humble opinion, a good way to begin to change the judiciary is via the Senate confirmation process.
Through a variety of methods, including the Senate Blue Slip where the Senators from a judicial nominee’s home state can stop an appointment from going forward, the Senate Republicans blocked literally hundreds of potential Obama appointments although Obama was able to get 239 federal judges confirmed.
Any other changes would probably mean amending the Constitution and its very difficult to accomplish that.
