I grew up in Tempe after my father retired from the military. Left there 5 years ago when I retired to get out of the big city. Just returned in November from a month long trip to the Valley of the Sun for my 50th high school reunion. I still miss the desert and the dry.
It's 78 outside here on the farm in Florida currently. Supposed to break 80 in an hour or two. Can't stand the humidity in the summer but love that heat.
