PHOENIX - Protests erupted in Phoenix Wednesday morning, when a Valley woman was ordered to be deported after showing up for a routine immigration check.
Guadalupe Garcia de Rayos was arrested in 2009 for impersonation as part of a Maricopa County Sheriff's Office raid. She was charged with a felony, but her attorneys say that raid was later ruled unconstitutional.
Garcia reported for a check-in with Immigration Customs Enforcement Wednesday morning, but never came out.
According to Garcia's attorney, she is now facing deportation as part of President Trump's executive order focused on removing undocumented immigrants with a history of arrests

“”I’d ask him ‘why he would want to take her from me?’ She hasn’t done anything wrong and I’m not scared of him,” said Garcia’s daughter Jaqueline, of what she would ask President Trump if she could.”
Dear child: Your mother broke our laws by being here illegally, and remaining here illegally after being ordered to leave. So yes, she did do something wrong. Without a care for what happened to you. Wise up, darling. You’re mad at the wrong person.

They come to America, break our laws, use forged documents and rob our citizens blind with bennies.
Then when caught, request a tax-payer funded "translator" to help them.
I could scream every time I see a crimmigrant quoted as "saying through a translator"...

If any of us, honest to goodness real American CITIZENS used forged or OP documents for financial gain we would be doing hard time at Casa del Greybar.
We wouldn’t even be permitted to live (gasping in horror) in the “shadows” to make money under the table. Our lives would be destroyed-and rightly so-for fraud and identity theft.

How can an action that catches an illegal in the act of doing illegal things be called un-constitutional? She has zero constitutional rights or she couldn’t be deported...
Deport her. If she comes back, fine her, imprison her, and then deport her again.
