Carly Fiorina is planning a political comeback.
The former 2016 Republican presidential candidate, who briefly became Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-Texas) vice presidential running mate before completely dropping out of the race, is eyeing a Senate seat in Virginia, she said in an interview.
“Look, I’m certainly looking at that opportunity,” Fiorina told the John Fredericks Show in an interview this week.
“It’s a little early to be making that decision, we’re two weeks into a new administration,” she added.
Fiorina, the former CEO of HP, ran for Senate in her home state of California in 2010, but failed to knock-off incumbent Sen. Barbara Boxer, a Democrat, in that election.
She later moved to Virginia before running for president in 2016.

No, she didn’t. Ted Cruz was never our candidate, so she could not have been a vice presidential running mate. The most she achieved was to be a rather laughable wannabe.
Hopefully against Tim Kaine.
I live in VA. Either she or Laura would be an immediate upgrade from either of the two stooges we have now.

I know she wants to beef up her foreign affairs/military cred for another run at the presidency, but her strength should be as a chief executive.
