When serving under the Obama administration, Secretary of State John Kerry lobbied on behalf of two highly questionable Islamic organizations to get the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to remove them from its list of terrorist groups.
Both of the groups — which have had great influence on President Barack Obama’s domestic and foreign policy concerning its handling of Islam and terrorism during his time in office — are based in Washington, D.C., and have posed a major concern for national security.
“The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) — an unindicted co-conspirator in a plot to fund the terrorist group Hamas — and the Muslim American Society (MAS) are two of 83 groups on the UAE’s list because of their connections to the Muslim Brotherhood,” WND reported. “The Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) reported Kerry authorized State Department officials to meet regularly with UAE officials to lobby on behalf of CAIR and MAS, which were designated terrorist organizations on Nov. 16, 2014, along with groups such as ISIS and al-Qaida.” …
