It goes back to the progressist cpConservation Easement rule.

If you surrender your land to animals as a hunter, you get a tax break for condemning your land from ever being allowed to produce crops or business.

Enter the communists who always cry foul when a property owner does the honorable thing they demand of society but never do themselves, so as to keep their positions as hypocritical opinion makers - some of whom then turn around and give these easements away to sell to the red Chinese or acquire themselves (Zimbabwe Mugabe).

Climate change is based in the same system of “Sustainable development”, ie a sort of nature-right and animal-right sensationalist cult which only exists to make money out of the very sensationalism and accusing “capitalist” owners who do environment and Conservation of their own accord, seeking no money from it, but giving back.

Just as the Soviets have always worked to make America look like it did nothing against Hitler (while they worked with Hitler), the anticapitalist politics of parasites means they have to seek things to accuse us of doing but which they do themselves: ie be unrepenting parasites creating a climate foot print without producing anything nor bearing the burden of keeping conservation easement enforced!

... the free university, historically the fountainhead of free ideas and scientific discovery, has experienced a revolution in the conduct of research. Partly because of the huge costs involved, a government contract becomes virtually a substitute for intellectual curiosity. For every old blackboard there are now hundreds of new electronic computers.

The prospect of domination of the nation’s scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present—and is gravely to be regarded.

Yet, in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific technological elite.

-President Dwight D. Eisenhower
