Her actions (or inactions) were especially egregious considering that $70,000 had to be put up by Milo or the hosts for security. Yes, it is supposedly to be given back, but the point is they charged him to provide security and then failed to do so. Seems he would have a good case in court against her personally and Berkley.
Authorities were busy whipping people into a frenzy PRIOR to the visit of Mr. Milo.
