These “innocent” victims of the racist white drug laws were not sentence to long sentences because they were just walking down the street with a joint in their pocket. These are repeat offenders.
It’s like a news report for St. Michael Brown of Stanford. “Cop shoots unarmed black teen for walking down street.”
Pay no attention to the fact he attacked Darren Wilson and attempted to take his firearm.
