I sent the new administration a suggestion on how to save many billions by switching government computers to open source software where applicable. That alone will make Microsoft go soft.

These companies depending on foreign workers. Giving Americans jobs hurts their bottom line.

Six years ago....someone tried awful hard to convince DoD to move onto open-source. It was discussed, and then filed away. Lobbyists probably at work.

All liars and political BS. Who believes these 97 companies rely on labor from the 7 countries affected by the travel ban?

“Immigration and openness to refugees is an important part of our country’s success and quite honestly to Uber’s,” Kalanick wrote.

Just another effing capo looking after his wallet. He’s just George Soros under another name!

These are apparently not pro America companies. I suggest they relocate to Aleppo that way they can hire direct without their employees relocating

That good idea needs to become a WH website petition.

This brief lies by not speaking of illegal immigrants. And we here know the parties to it use a LOT of cheap H-1B indentured servants and fear losing them. Too f’ing bad.

We need a Patriots & Enemies Company List, so we can easily discriminate in favor or America and American citizens. Remember when ‘discriminating taste’ was a GOOD thing?

Yep, A four star (the AF Asian general) and another high ranking officer were both on the payroll of the German company SAP after retirement. Both were instrumental in securing a worthless Army software license contract worth 1 billion dollars for SAP.

DoD also has its on “secure Solaris”, developed in-house, that would help better secure government computers v. MS OS, for free!

I tried to convince them over a decade age. :)

Government, in most cases, doesn't need the latest, greatest, most expensive PCs, OS/Spreadsheet/Powerpoint/MS Word software. What's available open source will more than meet their needs.

We're talking billions and billions of dollars wasted annually on egos.

These companies are run by racists who don’t/won’t hire blacks as they deem them too inferior and want more educated Indians/Paki/Asian immigrants (legal or illegal) to hire.

Excellent suggestion.

There is so much that can be done to make these ingrates back-peddle and slink off out of the spotlight.

One way to fight these pukes is for conservatives to get wealthy and buy controlling shares of stock in a covert manner. Then, when the timing is right, emerge in unison to unseat the pukes that are driving this ideology of everything for themselves and nothing for Americans.

The world at the top is all connected, they all know each other. It’s about time to bust up their cozy arrangement.

Really disappointed. I buy a lot of stuff from them, mostly from the linen shops in Latvia.

And at the bottom of this, I think that is what is behind it. Time to take a bludgeon to these companies.

Same comment from me.

Linux based OS’s are robust and easy to maintain. Office ware like Libre Office are just fine (on all my computers at home).

FedGov used to be something like 40% of Microsoft’s business. Why bother sending money to a company that employs mostly Central Asians on visas now? Even the head of the company is one.

So uh, why do we need to support these SOB’s with our taxes?
