Cut up your card and mail the pieces to Macy’s.

“”Do it Macy’s and I’ll shred our credit card!!!””

Well, you and I have to be the only Freepers who still shop at Macy’s and I’m not about to shred mine. That was such a disagreeable thread last week about Macy’s and I took a thumping for defending them - the quality of clothing and prices that I have no problem with. Being retired I buy more casual clothing now but their women’s attire namely business suits couldn’t be beat when I needed them and can’t help but feel a little sad when I see them now and know it wouldn’t make any sense for me to buy them. They really are lovely...and I just have to go through that department to drool when I’m in the store!!

The criticism was mainly from a person who I assume is a man and said he hadn’t shopped there in 20 years but proceeded to tear the store apart. I don’t think I’d trash some store’s reputation and then admit I didn’t even shop there. He even thought I should take into consideration that no one else was defending Macy’s and change my mind.

Which I did promptly! LOL
