Judge Robart should be removed from office. He poses a danger to this country.
I agree. Plus, his ruling that the states will win this case on the merits WHILE he had not provided a single word of legal reasoning is malpractice. If he were a doctor, he would be sued for such a thing. It’s a doctor without any xrays, mri’s, etc. deciding to cut out someone’s kidney...just because a friend of the patient said the guy’s side hurt.
I’m seriously wondering if he COULD be sued for malpractice in that particular instance.
