Agree, there is NO gender wage gap. you can fake one by including all of the women electing to stay home and mom, in your calcs.

Now why would I buy a product from “proud to be” stupid people?
A family member is a management analyst and he told me up the food chain there is a gender/wage gap. He told me the number one reason is in interviews when asked what they expect for salary women will toss out a number in the low range customary for the job and men will toss out a number higher than customary range. Women are afraid if they use a large number they won’t get hired, while men don’t as a rule have that fear. That is interview technique, not sexism. If women want do get paid more they need to find out what they can do different instead of assuming it is gender discrimination.
The other issue our relative sees is women that made a choice to leave their careers or really scale back on travel, working hours- but feel they should be paid the same as other women and men that stayed on the career path. Again that is not a sexist issue.
