House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) said Sunday on NBC's "Meet the Press" that she still believes the policies that the Democratic Party implemented during the Obama administration are working for the American people.
Host Chuck Todd played a clip from Sen. Elizabeth Warren's (D., Mass.) speech in Baltimore, Maryland on Saturday in which she listed the Russians and FBI Director James Comey as reasons that helped Donald Trump win the presidential election in November. Warren then held her own party accountable for the results.
"We can't let ourselves off the hook so easily," Warren said. "Not as progressives, not as Democrats. The excuses end now."

There ought to be a law preventing persons who have had more than one elective facial renovation surgery to run for public office. It’s like wearing a mask to disguise their true character. Such a law would have eliminated Pelousy a long time ago.
They are just misreading the election results; if Hillary got 10 million more votes from CA and NY, she still would have lost the election.
The Dem strategy of going far left just enough to keep 270 electoral votes backfired badly; she spend the end of her campaign groveling for black votes in Philly itself (which should have been automatic Dem votes) while Trump was venturing into Dem territory (and reaped the benefits).
