have you seen the department of homeland security ad on their website. It is called take a second look. It is under their “blue campaign”. The ad starts with a guy walking into a pizza place, he comes back out and looks over at a young girl leaning against the building. The ad asks for people to take a second look at what is around you. The meaning is pretty obvious.
