I am not sure if you are familiar with the Hannity interview with Laura Ingraham and Jay Sekulow where they said there will be another vacancy due to a retirement in 3-4 months. Both seemed very sure about it. Wow, that will pour gas on the Libs hair which is already on fire.

I heard them say that. And now I've heard that Kennedy said he would retire if he felt confident there had been a good replacement for Judge Scalia. I've taken it to mean both Jay and Laura thought Kennedy is very happy over our President's choice.
