Trump needs to simply ignore the “order”. The president doesn’t have power but only if the judiciary allows.
I agree. Going to court over this unconstitutional order gives it credence. It should simply be ignored. It was already found to be legal by the DOJ. And it’s already legal for the President to decide matters of immigration to this country. President Trump should simply ignore the order.
