The sound depends on whether the Osprey is in hover or flight mode:

The SEALS would most likely have been inserted by Pave Low helos.
The Ospreys would have carried a Marine TRAP force and have landed some miles away at a remote LZ.
No counter measures for barking dogs. SEALS and DELTA have been warned for years about this, and keep tiptoeing in and having their cover blown. It was likely the TRAP force that caused all the damage.
BTW those were not Apaches, but Cobra Zulu helos.
That makes sense to me as the Osprey I heard was a couple of miles away making a landing approach with the rotors tilted at around 45 degrees.
