Exactly, why not? Why are our own medical schools not making more physicians, educating Americans?
It’s not just physicians. It’s physicians in certain specialties that the US needs, that aren’t being graduated. Internal medicine, for example. Compound that by having fewer physicians willing to serve rural areas, not enough money, and we’ve got an almighty mess. Thanks, in large part, to government meddling.
