Republicans will need 51 votes to clear the hurdle, which Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is confident he has.
I heard on FOX this morning that the votes are split 50-50 and GOP will need VP Pence's vote to break the tie.

I think that’s the 51 votes - 50 Senators + Pence. It’s a razor thin margin.
