Some Danner boots also. Most of their department store boots are imports, of course, but their top of the line boots are made in the US and have an American flag on them.

They seem to be moving more production back here.

You'll be glad to know that the Colt Building restoration has been revived. Maybe they will finally finish the Landmark in Hartford.

The shoe industry is being completely disrupted,and it’s likely that many of the sweat shops will be closed. Shoes are already being 3-D printed, rather than manufactured. Within the decade, cheap custom shoes will be available from upstart companies that will replace many of the current giants. I think that high-end leather shoes will also see a resurgence, just for product differentiation.
