That’s because the headline has been changed, it isn’t the same one that KTLA used, which wasn’t misleading:
“474 Arrested, 28 Sexually Exploited Children Rescued During Statewide Human Trafficking Operation: LASD”
This was a statewide bust of prostitution rings in California. Teenagers under 18 are listed as children. Since CAST was involved this will very likely involve a lot of foreign nationals who have been smuggled into California. It isn’t what the usual suspects are hoping to find.
