Federal employees are working closely with former Obama administration officials to thwart future President Donald Trump’s policies and initiatives, according to a report published by The Washington Post.

If they have time to go to workshops like this, then they have too much free time on their hands- which means they hold down meaningless positions. Cut their positions, clear out their desks, sell off the property and let the DNC pay their wage for opposing Trump.

What is desperately needed is a change in Civil,Service laws, elimination of federal employee unions and return of service to people.
(1) As we all knew but the media denies, the US government is politicized in favor of progressives.
(2) Proving sedition is difficult. Even proving "just cause" for dismissal will be difficult.
(3) Lawsuits will ensue. Progressives will use the courts to "punish Trump with process".
(4) Most of the public will never know what is really happening. The media will spin this hard against Trump: "Trump bullies loyal, hardworking government employees."
Simply re-define their duties as inventorying rocks on Adak Island. I understand it’s lovely there this time of the year. 8-)
If Trump can’t fire them, Congress can, under just re-instated reconstruction era rules, cut their specific salary to $1/year. That needs to be actually done, not just threatened, to enough to get their attention. I don’t know whether that rule can be used to target pensions of ‘past’ employees, but if it might it should be tested on Lois Lerner and her former superiors.
Relocate them to a fever swamp in Michigan’s upper peninsula.

I understand and that’s why he should take a considered approach. It happens this way often in business.
1. Gather as much negative info on seditious employees as possible. He has all the tools.
2. We have so many laws that if an employee is engaging in some untoward activity, it should be possible to find some serious charges that would cost the employee their career, finances, or even liberty. Dig up dirt now! Use the NSA.
3. Consider offering some employees dismissal with non-disclosure agreement with promise not to indict. If employee breaks non-disclosure, investigation and charges will follow.
4. Some employees might be willing to go to Trump’s side and become informants against the more seditious ones.
5. A culture of “fear” will prevail in these leftist agencies. The lefties will look over their shoulders a lot more. That’s good.
These people are the enemy and it’s no time to go soft. The media will and are portraying Trump as Hitler anyways.
Trump will follow the Machiavellian and Art of War approach. He will be strong and show strength.
