Agree. This was not an inconvenience for him. It is heartfelt. This is his first military loss, and I know it is affecting him. So glad that Ivanka is at his side while Melania is in New York.
Let us pray that such a journey will be rare for our new President.
This is much like GW Bush, who was always courteous and aware of hose who gave their lives in the military service.
Obama and the Dems were never atuned to the need to be aware of military deaths and to meet the relatives and comfort them.
I do remember the arrival of the four dead American at Andrews AFB. Hillary was SoS and Obama POTUS. That was when Hillary promised Patricia Smith that “the cause of the event was a video which inflamed the Muslims and that the gov’t would find the man who made it and punish hem.” [not an exact quote by close enough.]
I really do have absolutely no respect for Democrats. They are duplicitous, un-American, slow-witted, various degrees of evil, and - liars [but then I repeat myself].
Obama did it a few times but I don't think ever for a single casualty.
