Majority rule.

Democrats would do exactly the same thing, so they have no grounds for complaint.

It was Dingy Harry who demolished time-honored Senate protocol to advance the liberal agenda.

Two now can play that game.

No, the republicans did change the rules. The senate rules state for a committee to meet at least one member from both parties have to be present. So, when the dems boycott, no vote can be taken. They suspended the rule, so a committee vote was taken and the nominees can now be reported to the floor of the Senate.

Read the article next time. Exactly what is your agenda reporting fake news that they applied existing rules?
