“Earlier today a frivolous, insensitive political post went out on Facebook. It should not have. Magnatone is not a political organization, respects the beliefs and opinions of all people, and does business accordingly. I personally share these values of our brand. I sincerely regret this careless mistake, and apologize to anyone, anywhere, who may have been offended. I can assure you that this will not happen again. Thank you.” - Ted Kornblum, Founder and CEO, Magnatone.

It’s not a “mistake”. “Mistakes” are not followed by yet more of the same “mistakes”. These posts were premeditated.

Calling for the assassination of an elected official is not “frivolous”.

He must resign. Minimally.

You’ve gotta just love a CEO calling himself frivolous, insensitive and political in an attempt to save his own hide.

He must resign.

In his case, he IS the company, and resigning would most likely mean closing the company. Boo f'n hoo. He should have thought about that before threatening President Trump's life, or encouraging others to do the deed.
