Twitter is encouraging these people. I’ve reported several Secret Service visit-level accounts, but the Twitter mods pretend there’s nothing going on.

The next time you report something, tell them that having been duly notified by you (and as such, they are fully aware ) - failure to take proper action ( includes removing account and report to proper authorities ) makes them in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 4 - Misprision of felony and as such are subject to being fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

Actually, you should sent them a letter, cc yourself and an attorney.
