I have always said that climate scientists all agree on GW because they are all paid to agree through the generous grant process. If you paid them all to provide studies ,saying it was all a hoax, then 90% would all agree within a fiscal year.
The system is very corrupt when research is funded only if it shows a desired outcome. That is not science, it is a paid script. How many $Billions has been wasted this way? All to push a political agenda. Every dollar should be refunded but that is impossible. Research of this nature must be open to the public and monitored by Congress.
