As stated earlier on this thread, this is exactly what the Dems want Trump to do. It gives them another platform to say the Administration is in chaos.
All Trump needs to do is get the word out to the DOJ that Sally is TEMPORARY AG. If a DOJ lawyer choses not to defend the wishes of the sitting President, when Sally is gone and Sessions is confirmed, THEIR services will no longer be needed. Put the attorneys on notice. Do you want a job, or would you rather play politics?
There are quite a few attorneys in the DOJ who don’t have enough time in for a pension and may not chose to follow Sally down on this sinking ship.
Don’t give the media and the Democrats another issue to undermine the Administration.
