I stopped buying Starbucks because their coffee tastes like crap.

(I actually walked an extra block, just to avoid Starbucks and get Dunkin Donuts coffee.)

Their "trendy" and "hipster" image and their liberal stands, plus all their liberal patrons, make it VERY, VERY, VERY easy for me to avoid the place.
