I can't find a website or address for the 'Quebec City Islamic Cultural Centre'. News reports say it is located in the Sainte-Foy neighborhood of Quebec City. I found a website for the 'Islamic Center of Quebec' (icqmontreal.com), which is located in Montreal - a different city - but I cannot tell if it is affiliated or not. It's pretty confusing.
Just heard on CNN that they thought the two suspect were from a “far right wing group “ that the Canadians were investigating.
Of course that could mean Islamic terrorist group.
