Yep, it has been going strong since the 60s in the San Fransicko area. When male queers began spreading HIV through the US population in the 80s, public health records and their epidemiological studies showed the thousands of cases spread from adults to boys. Less than 1% of these cases were ever prosecuted. The queers walked and are now more emboldened than ever. The former mayor of Portland was caught molesting some boy in a public bathroom, he walked free and finished his term in office.
