Every cop and official in the country is approached by the cartels with this offer....either they cooperate with the cartels,thus earning themselves "silver" or they and/or their families are killed...with "lead".It's a bit like that famous line from The Godfather..."my father told him that either his signature or his brains would be on that contract".
So the question is...from which cartel is *this* official getting his silver?
There is so much crap in the ‘swamp’ that needs to be drained, and I’m sure there are not very many in there that are not over their heads in ‘swamp water’ from around the world...
