A “great aircraft” at what cost? Tell the families of the dead to “get over it.”
I wonder how hard the landing was to disable the Osprey??? Hopefully they learn which hyd lines crapped the bed and they can reenforce them in the fleet.
Hyd lines always seem to be the long pole in the tent when falling like a turd off a tall moose. Many regions are at high altitude there. Maybe the osprey was chosen because of the inability for helos to get up high?
Probably lots of lessoned learned on this mission.
