Can someone explain to me why some nobody judge in Brooklyn can override an executive order from the President of the United States? I wish Trump would get on top of this and deal with it.

If the judge had sited a law (naturally passed by Congress) then he could invalidate the law or halt the law. It’s beyond me how he can affect a Presidential order, which he has no authority over. By Monday night, reality will set over all of these judges that they have a very limited amount of standing (strictly law).
