Polar bear pack ice??? Is that different from regular Arctic pack ice? Is it smell, temperature, size, weight? Or something else?

It’s regional, polar bear pack ice only occurs in the northern hemisphere while penguin pack ice only occurs in the southern hemisphere. Regular pack ice occurs in both.
