You don’t need a board. All you need is a towel to wrap around their head and stand them on their head and pour the water down the towel. The board is handy if only one person is doing the cleansing.
Well, if our military use it in training OUR people; then I don’t see any issue with it.
It is designed to make people think they’re going to drown .. and as a result, they will be willing to give up the info they have.
It is NOT TORTURE .. torture is inflicting PAIN/SUFFERING.
