'Now is the time to annex Judea and Samaria'
Arutz Sheva ^ | 1/27/17 | Ido Ben Porat

Advocates for the Land of Israel are lobbying the Likud party ahead of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's February trip to Washington DC to meet with newly inaugurated President Donald J. Trump.

Activists from the Women In Green, a pro-Israel organization which supports the application of Israeli law over Judea and Samaria, canvassed among lawmakers and party leaders at this week's conference of Likud members in Eilat, dubbed the "Likudiada".

Women in Green co-chair Nadia Matar spoke with Arutz Sheva at the Likudiada regarding the Prime Minister's upcoming trip to Washington, and the growing movement to apply Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria.

"These are very crucial days," said Matar. "We have the new Trump administration; we have, unfortunately, Amona and Ofra, which are God forbid, [slated to be] destroyed... [and] we must have the Prime Minister get his strength before his [planned February] trip that the people of Israel want sovereignty. The people of Israel expect our Prime Minister not to ask for a little bit, for a few crumbs, but to ask and say what Israel wants. Israel wants to dream big. Israel wants Eretz Yisrael."

Earlier this month, Land of Israel Lobby Chairman Yoav Kish (Likud) proposed a bill to annex Maaleh Adumim, the third largest Israeli community in Judea and Samaria.

Note my post 56. Historically Israel has offered citizenship to those living in areas annexed. Those who refuse it get permanent residency.

“And as long as the goal of one is the complete destruction of the other then that isn’t going to happen.”

It will happen when one side destroys the other completely.

Only victory brings true peace.

One way or another, Israel has to get rid of its Muslim population.

If they don’t, they will eventually die.

And don’t weep for the Arabs. They are the authors of their fate. They’ve had 61 years to submit.

“Historically Israel has offered citizenship to those living in areas annexed”

In other words, they are suicidal.

I don’t think so. Israel has a larger Muslim population (%) than the US does non Christian. In the context of terror, they’re not the problem. If Israel doesn’t want to increase the Muslim percentage beyond 20% or so, they may not want to annex all of Judea and Samaria. Alternately, they’ll have to deal with a far more radicalized, less educated population than their current Arab population. For all the problems it caused Israel left Gaza rather than assimilate nearly a million Arabs. I suspect they’ll use the same good judgement. Though IMO, letting the status quo continue might not be the best long term decision. In a decade or so they’ll have to deal with a nuclear enemy.

As a Christian Zionist, I agree completely with annexation
.
Get it done. Get it over.

“Israel has to get rid of its Muslim population.”

Yikes!! After those same 61 years, 1,796,000 current Israeli citizens (20.8%) are Arabs. There are 17 Arab members of the Israeli Knesset.

How would you propose to get rid of them?

So, would you be in favor of full citizenship to:

travel and work freely?

vote in all Israeli elections?

join the Israeli Defense Force in any role, pilots, intelligence?

Israel doesn’t care what anybody thinks. Just annex everything, announce that they all are given citizenship. Don’t offer any other choices. If the new citizens don’t want to participate, OK, we have lots of that kind in the USA.

I’m not an Israeli, it’s none of my business how they do it. But the truth is, they won’t get rid of them, and, as a result, in fifty years the ones who haven’t moved to the US will probably all be dead.

You’ve come upon the the great contradiction of Israel.

They have followed a biblical endowment that is in complete conflict with the koranic culture that established itself in Palestine/Israel before so many Jews came back.

Now, the rule of law prevents Jews from a monolithic political ruling class.

Just as so many Muslims are belief driven to violence, so many Jews and their Christian supporters are drawn to force to get their way.

Settlements are a force, political and military. Arabs then resist and it’s an endless tit for tat of killing and subjugation.

Arabs are a practical reality that cannot be exterminated, there will be no more holocausts for anyone, Jews , Arabs, etc.

The world is increasingly looking at Israel as the bullies because they have more ability to effect peace than any other group.

Head of the Nazir

Isaiah 1:5 Why should you be stricken again? You will revolt more and more.

The whole head is sick, And the whole heart faints.

6 From the sole of the foot even to the head, There is no soundness in it, But wounds and bruises and putrefying sores; They have not been closed or bound up, Or soothed with ointment. 7 Your country is desolate, Your cities are burned with fire; Strangers devour your land in your presence; And it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers. 8 So the daughter of Zion is left as a booth in a vineyard, As a hut in a garden of cucumbers, As a besieged city...

The daughter of Zion / modern day Israel

The heart is Hebron

Genesis 49:26 The blessings of your father Have excelled the blessings of my ancestors, Up to the utmost bound of the everlasting hills. They shall be on the head of Joseph, And on the crown of the head of him who was separated from his brothers.
