Breitbart is reporting that this is a lie. They were fired.
What I’m hearing is they, as is required of all political appointees tendered their resignations, and were not asked to return. They were failures and no longer welcome. Good riddance.
They are indeed political appointees who can be fired, despite reports to the contrary by the MSM. Some are career civil service, so they won’t be out of Foggy Bottom completely.
Not even Reagan went after Foggy Bottom.
“Breitbart is reporting that this is a lie. They were fired.”
Now that makes sense. People don’t give up powerful, well-paid jobs on a whim, even if they hate the new boss.
Here’s my guess. Trunp’s audit team has found some real problems, perhaps centered on the missing six billion dollars that just vanished one day on Hillary’s watch. It’s doubtful any of these players took any money, but they could have seen it transferred to things it wasn’t supposed to be used for. An example might be supporting Isis by funneling money to third party arms sellers or something similar.
If this is the case, look for indictments about a year down the road. (Gears of justice grinding slowly, but coarsely.)
I read the same thing on Facebook earlier today.
