Oh jeez, more like “Enablers of Patrick Kennedy”. A couple of details that I left out of #39: it was 3 AM and Patches had crashed into a parking lot barrier in the Capitol parking lot right next to the manned security gate and he told the security guard there that he needed to get in quick to cast an important vote. Meanwhile, the cop that he almost hit pulled up behind him, got out, and said something to the effect of, “Having a big night are we?!”
Yeah, he has a real history of crashing his car into things and no police report being taken. Disgusting, anybody else would’ve been thrown on the ground, cuffed, and sat in the drunk tank over the weekend. There are two law enforcement systems: one for celebrities & govt. officials and one for the schmucks like us.
