Does Massachussetts (not like Mississippi?), Massachusetts have asset forfeiture?

I’m sure the local constabulary could use the proceeds from auctioning off the mansion and grounds for some new SWATZI gear.

IIRC when drugs are involved asset forfeiture can be state *or* Federal.
