Mark my words, now that “Chelsea” doesn’t have to use the “I’m really a woman” routine anymore as a “get out of jail free” card, he will now in short order, go back to being a man. He isn’t going to cut off anything. He may still claim his deviancy status in order to use it to keep a base of support and as a platform from which to voice his propaganda, however, I’ll bet you he never cuts it off, although I wish he would in order to neuter him, so to speak.

Nope. He was going to get it done. Now that Obama commented the sentence instead of a pardon, he is kicked out of the Army with a BCD and not eligible for a free dick cut off. He will have to find a job (difficult with BCD), liberal group or some other way to get it paid for. Military and Federal Government are out.
