I am not a lawyer nor do I play one on television but...
We have separation of power. I do not think there is any court in the land that has the power to stop a president from enforcing laws that Congress has passed.
The liberals have been ignoring laws for so long they began to believe they get to pick and choose which laws to obey.
President Trump will educate them as a bonus while getting control over our borders.
But the courts will have to wade through the sticky Tenth Amendment + Spending Clause issues.
