I suspect this is a promotion by Chilis, to benefit various non-profits, and PP is just one of many. Instead of issuing 15% discount coupons, which is common, they allow you to apply what would have been the discount to the non-profit printed on the form.
They had it on their tv commercial this morning. There were little kids enjoying a meal. Lucky them who were born before the coupon.
