The Post Office already has everybody's current address and updates it constantly. Bulk mailers interrogate the
NCOA database before every mailing to minimize waste mailings. It seems like the least reasonable next step would be to compel State elections boards to square their voter addresses with the voter mailing address.

It seems like the least reasonable next step would be to compel State elections boards to square their voter addresses with the voter mailing address.
Since each State is responsible for her elections, it seems reasonable that each State Board of Election would WANT to comply with this voluntarily.
(Yes, I'm dreaming. Many State elections board heads are Dims. Each State must drain its own low-lying damp areas.)
