He’s trolling them.

The feds have no jurisdiction or authority to do that.

I suppose the governor could send in the National Guard. But that would be a huge mistake. Really, all that can be done if Chicago doesn’t fix itself is let it go to hell. The problem will solve itself eventually when all the normal people leave.

Trump may not go as far as “boots on the ground”, but he can (and should!) make things extremely uncomfortable (i.e.: prolonged jail time) to those facilitating this free-for-all of hooliganism.

I agree but I think Trump could do some things with the feds to put pressure on Rham to act. Cutting federal funds for programs.

Going to the black community in Chicago and saying we are offering help. You deserve a neighborhood without this kind of carnage, do you want a change or the status-quo? Your city government says everything is fine, is it?

Trump could also instruct the US Attorneys to start prosecuting any criminal activity that violates federal law in Chicago and us the FBI and US Marshall’s to haul these murderers off the streets.
